Book One Is Almost Here — And the Universe Is About to Shift
The countdown has officially begun. As I prepare for the mid‑October/early‑November release of Book One in my sci‑fi/horror saga, the story is currently in the hands of a couple of beta readers—the first people outside my inner circle to step into this universe. Their feedback will help shape the final polish before launch, and right now I’m in that strange, electric waiting period where the work is done…but the world is still expanding.
This story didn’t live with me for years. Instead, it slow‑built quietly in the background, gathering fragments of science, culture, fear, and wonder until one day it surged forward and refused to let go. Once it arrived, it demanded space. It demanded to be written. And from that moment, the universe of this saga began unfolding faster than I could keep up.
Over the past few weeks, I’ve been juggling marketing, editing, and event prep for my kid‑lit books, but the sci‑fi world hasn’t stopped growing. If anything, stepping away to work on community events sharpened my focus. It reminded me why I write: to connect, to challenge, to explore the edges of terror and beauty—and to build stories that feel alive.
Here’s what’s coming next:
A new round of teaser posts showcasing lore, symbols, and character insights
A behind‑the‑scenes blog series about the science and cultural roots woven into the narrative
A release window announcement once beta feedback is in and final formatting is complete
Exclusive early excerpts for newsletter subscribers
A deep-dive post on Book Two’s development, because the saga didn’t stop at Book One—it’s already pushing into the next frontier
